From what I understand with a simultaneous ring strategy if any ring group members have "follow-me" rules set FusionPBX will only call the first destination (unlike enterprise which will try all). My issue is as follows, the scenario described above looks to work (using Fusion 4.4.11) however...

Hi Guys, Im running FPBX 4.4.9 and in the Call Detail Records app im trying to search by "Caller Number" however it doesnt work, does everybody else have this issue or know if there is a fix available?

If you're already using Amazon EC2 to host your Fusion servers then you can use their RDS and you will see no loss in performance, the underlying storage is still EBS, if you need additional performance you can purchase provisioned IOPS.

What version of Fusion are you using? Also go into Advanced -> Group Manager and click permission on the superadmin group and make sure all the permissions are checked under "contacts"

Check to see if the user you are logging in as has the permissions to edit contacts. As a quick test just make yourself super admin and test.

Is there any way I can have the BLF change color by logging in/out from the handset, it works fine from the web GUI but not by dialling *22 or by using the BLF speed dial button.
