The extension outbound caller ID number field is now a drop down and I would like it to be just a field where I can enter any number I wish. Not sure how I got this but would like to go back. Any ideas?

Yes, of course I meant CNAM. My carrier expects the called number to be the CLI but they are getting FreeSWITCH instead

My carrier is receiving FreeSWITCH as the CLI(ani), which is causing problems for CNAME lookups downstream. In my gateway, I have Sip CID Type set to pid. I have tried prepending the bridge statement in the outbound route with {sip_cid_type=pid}sofia/gateway/... but that causes the CLI number...

I didn't get that to work but have a work-around. It isn't important enough to spend money on.
