    Polycom VVX Date

I just tried this but it didn't work: In the polycom template, I added the line: {if isset($date_format)} lcl.datetime.date.format="{$date_format}" And in Accounts / Devices / Settings, I added date_format with a value of MM/DD/YY and it still doesn't work. This isn't a show-stopper but I...

    Polycom VVX Date

I would like the date on the LCD screen to be displayed as mm/dd/yy. Of course I can do this through either the web portal or manually through the phone but would like to do it within Accounts / Devices / Settings. Edit Dial Plan Directly

It was pointed out to me in IRC chat that the new 4.4 release has an XML button on the dialplan page that allows you to edit the DP directly. So, I can take my existing DP, cut and paste to an editor, add, subtract, slice and dice, and then paste back into the XML editor in Fusion. Very slick.

    Import Contacts

On the new 4.4 Fusionpbx, just create your CSV in any way you wish. When you import it, fusion presents a screen that allows you to map each CSV field to a specific contact field. You don't need a header record as the first record. Check it out.

Stripping 1s from Inbound DID Numbers Globally

This is what I used back in the Fusion 3.4 days. Not sure if this is the one that actually worked because it is old and set to false. Should get you started http://pasteall.org/pic/show.php?id=e32ffc58f5f1499136c822a5feaf1be6

I just tried the contact list app in Fusion for the first time. When I click on a number, it causes my phone to dial the number on the 2 available lines on the phone; I am called it twice. Anyone have any ideas about this?

    unanswered transfer call return

Go to Dialplan / Dialplan Manager - you can probably find the transfer app their, copy & modify it.

    unanswered transfer call return

I have not tried this, but here's a possibility. You could write your own transfer routine within dialplan manager. Have it save the channel variable that is the number that trying to transfer and then ring the phone to which you want to transfer. If it is not picked up within the allotted time...
