    When trying to use this feature, pressing 1 connects the call but pressing 2 (to send to voicemail) causes a fast busy. I have the timeout destination set to a voicemail account and have a voicemail account on the extensions.

    Yes, that takes care of the ability to answer the call or go to voicemail but it doesn't tell them which selection was made in the IVR. Also, it would go to the voicemail of that particular user and not the voicemail associated with the IVR selection.

    Unfortunately, ALG cannot be disabled on a Comcast router. We may have to get our own router and use the Comcast router in bridge mode.
