Customer wants me to setup certain extensions ( I guess will go thru Toll Allow) to only be able to call the allowed numbers that we whitelist for them.
so for example if user 101 wants to call 888-888-1234 , it will check outbound route and if it's there it will go thru otherwise will play a...
I have a customer that wants that when a call comes in thru a Ring Group the caller ID should remain as a missed call on all the phones not only on the phone that answered the call?
Any info on that?
after listening to a voicemail, the system gives you options: to listen press 1, to delete press 5 etc. Those instructions are wrong. It says to forward press 7, but by pressing 7 it deletes the message.
it used to be that "7" was delete and "9" was safe/forward to email. now it's all messed...
1st of all is this device a new device or you're bought this used if you bought it you wish that you have to ask the previous owner to release it if it can't can't be released then reach out to grand stream open a ticket they should be released for you
There is a way of downloading a...
My best bet would be that this device is probably registered to Grant stream remote provisioning and therefore every time you save it and it resets it takes the configuration directly from Grant stream again
It's very simple, on the ATA device you enter these info.
then you go to your fusion server and configure the device
you also have to double check that your provisioning is enabled on your server and matching your provisioning Auth info.
Good Luck
Not sure if this is what you're looking for to simplify the process of auto provisioning but most companies offer you a remote provisioning option so for example yealink as soon as i put in this mac address in the Remote provisioning site and match up the mac in my server it will automatically...
Hmmmm .... that's definitely not out of the box in fusion but it's doable with custom programming. I would suggest giving this customer lets say 50 did or the exact amount they need and for example main phone number should be 888-222-0000 and the rest should be like 888-222-0101 , 0102 , 0103...
If I understand your question correctly. Is that for example I call someone from extension 101 and my caller ID shows up as 888-888-8888 now, that person didn't answer and a missed call from this caller ID and calls back this number system should detect caller ID from customer and route the...
Just tested it on my other server and this is what I got as an error , is this because of the version of Fusionpbx I am at, or something else? I'm on fusion 4.5.26
