So, i tried a Ring Group, when no one answers the call the call history shows missed call on all phones , my question is if the call does get answered by ext 101 for example ext 102 should still be able to see on his phone that someone called.

Is there any software that can be used to offer my customers to like press "Print" from their computer selected the fax software thats connected to their sip user extension and fax directly from the computer instead of going into portal to send the fax. Any solutions or ideas?

This question keeps on coming up from my customers, I made a ring group with 10 yealink phones, Call rings and answered by phone extension 101 (for example) now Ext 102 wants to see on her phone who called but since 101 answered the call the call history does not show any sign of that call...

Would really need more info to really know whats behind it, I would try first to change to TCP, and minimize the expiration. other than that I would probably need to see. do you wanna try auto provision?

are you registering with Auto provisioning or manually? did you check if your ip got blocked with fail2ban?

I'm using Linphone works great dunno about push notifications

Have you tried this method ? Inbound calls whitelist I didn't try it personally but I know someone using it on fusion with other features.

Thanks for your response!. HIPAA is basically the privacy law, the customer I came across is in the medical field, I understood from a company I spoke to yesterday that is HIPAA compliant, that basically all it boils down is to have track on who has access or who is accessing the Call records...

Just as an update, as of now I'm considering migrating over to Netsapien just for the fact that they will handle the Hipaa requirements, is this my only solution or is there a way to be HIPAA compliant with Fusion? Personally I love fusion better because of the flexibility, but this Hipaa thing...

Second time around this question came up for me. Customer asking if my company is hipaa compliant. Is it possible to be hipaa compliant with fusion ? If yes can anyone shed some light how to become compliant?

I would add an option on main ivr like "99" that goes to recording option then I would put a recording in the ivr they wanna change with the number like 1234 and every time they wanna change the recording to overwrite 1234 evrytime they wanna change the recording . Hope this is helpful

Customer wants to pull cdr's thru api The way I saw it working was with access thru posgres sql So how do I give access to my customer via api for them to pull cdr's? Will that give them access to their sub domain or they will have access to all my customers ?
