    Could call flows work better? Have a weekend on call group where calls are routed but have it check the call flow to direct it to whichever employee is on call? Use a feature code to toggle each tech that is on call.

    Getting Callback from Call Park

    Hate to bump this, but I ran into the same issue. Callback was not working after 180 seconds. I manually changed it to 120, clicked save, and then it started ringing back in 120 seconds. Figured this may help someone in the future.
