Double check that under the individual Agent settings that "Max No Answer" is not set to 1. This setting will auto-logout an agent if they do not answer a call.

If no agents are logged in, there already is a field to handle that. After 90 seconds (in this case) the call will continue onto the exit action.

Just add another condition in your Inbound Route for caller_id_number or another variable.

I can't completely understand the question. Do you just want to route call based on caller ID number?
