Can you be less ambiguous? Does it timeout? Do you get a status code? Are there entries in /var/log/nginx/access.log Does curl -k 127.0.0.1:443 return anything? Does sudo systemctl status nginx show an issue?

I would be quick in saying speakerphone doesn't do any SIP action - just switches the sound destination. Perhaps there is something forcing the call to "headphone" mode where no sound comes through the receiver?

Yes. A Busy signal to a Ring Group will use the exit action immediately. Just do Ring Group with one mobile, exit to another Ring Group, second Ring Group with another mobile, exit to whatever or first Ring Group.
