CRM integration : Pipedrive

Have you considered using Ringorel Apps with FusionPBX? I'm not affiliated with them, but that's what we use, and they already support many CRMs.

I presume you mean ringotel (not Ringorel)? I cant see anything on their site which relates to the above at all...

Do you know if you need to use Ringotel softphone to allow you to use the apps? Or will they work standalone?
 
@Toibs yes i meant Ringotel. I sent you a screenshot from my portal where I can set up all of those integrations. You will need to use their apps for integration to work properly. You can also register your phones to their server in a path-through mode. I haven't tested it myself, but I think it will log calls on those devices in CRMs, too.

Can confirm, you can register your desk phones through your Ringotel app as well and it will log those calls on the integration as well. This does create some issues with some sip messages not being forwarded through for provisioning or reboot. You also wont get to see registration status of that phone on the pbx any longer, and things like Feature Key Sync will not work, you have to revert to the * codes for that.
