ThanksCGOODDAY, I built a new machine a few weeks ago and had similar login problems after creating a new user. If I recall, I had to log back in as admin@ip address for the username, then delete and recreate the new user. Luckily, I had the admin account to fall back on. I'm not familiar with the back-end login process, so I'm not sure what is going on there. Maybe someone else will jump in.

browse to server ip
admin@server.ip.address.com
dafault password generated by the fusionpbx install
switch to domain/subdomain
go to users and change password for the user
try loging in again
browse to subdomain
username
password
