Thanks Adrian for all the possible scenarios , but in this case none of them is applicable as If I change the destination action directly to that extension , it works fine. But if I change destination action to the ring group, it does not ring.

Thanks,They want it with country code, Before it was going with only 10 digit ID with area code. Like 1587 xxx xxxx but switch was sending 587 xxx xxxx. I changed it to 1587 xxx xxxxcalling them tomorrow what they are receiving.
